From the initial inquiry to the pick up day, their communication was exemplary. Throughout the process, they sent regular updates, keeping me informed and reassured. The kittens were not only freshly groomed, but they also came with a clean bill of health from the vet. The kittens came well socialized and were confident in their new environment.
